Page 2 of 2 March 2006 "Smallest of All" performed one show at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Fairfield. Our first show outside of San Francisco.
April 2006 "Smallest of All" performed two shows at St. Brendan's. Sofi Yevgrafova played Bernadette. Channelle Yang played her sister Toinette. Don Wright took over the role of Louis. Mike McFarlin played Bernadette's father Francois. Tracy Ann Chapel sang lead on "Song of Bernadette". May 2006 "The Road to Emmaus" Christine called me and said "We're doing an Easter play called 'Road to Emmaus' by Mother Mary Francis and you're going to direct it.' I said "Ahhhhh...OK". Mark Dynewicz and Ken Jones played Cleopas and Reuben, disciples of Jesus who are grieving over his crucifixion and wondering what to do with their lives now that he is gone. Then along comes The Stranger played by Brian J. Patterson who gives them new hope. Luke Zhi Li did a wonderful job as Daniel the Loafer. We did 2 shows at Mission Dolores and then 2 more at St. Boniface Theatre.
Tessie Pineda volunteers to be Production Manager. Her financial contributions take us to the next level.
June 2006 Officially incorporated as Living Miracle Productions
October 2006 "Smallest of All" performed three shows at St. Patrick's. Channelle Yang played Bernadette. Abbe played by Thomas Talboy. And an outstanding performance by Don Wright as the blind miller. Mike Mcfarlin and Tracy Ann Chapel, a real life husband and wife team, played Bernadette's mom and dad.G.C. at Quo Vadis Theatre in San Jose designed our logo. November 2006 "The Wolf of Gubbio" a one act play by Mother Mary Francis that we first performed as Act II in "Franciscan Tapestry". Paul Seliga Directed. Listed in Theatre Bay Area's Night of Free Theater. We're Sold Out of free tickets! Peter Seliga played a delightful Saint Francis who tames the angry Wolf of Gubbio (played by me) and turns him into a harmless pubby dog just by feeding him what he's really hungry for: The Word of God. Doug Marshall and Mike Rende returned to their roles as Bro. Luchesius and John the Simple. A stunning Belladonna was played by Harmony Blossom. We did two shows at Mission Dolores.
December 2006 "A Tenderloin Christmas" Christine Morrison invited us back to St. Boniface for our 2nd annual production of "A Tenderloin Christmas". Cheyenne Manzo returned as The Angel. Connor Hamill who played the Lost Traveler and Guard in last year's show returned to play Scribe and a surprising Hulk Hogan at the end (What the ????). Dave Seiler (Jacob in Road to Emmaus) filled in as Shepherd/Neighbor/Census Taker/Herod and Santa. Newcomer, Bonnie Marion, gave a stand out performance as Gabriel and Magi 3. Farah Sanders and Adriano Oliveira were amazing together as Mary and Joseph. I have to admit I got a little teary eyed when Alex Plant and Ellen Lee sang Benedictus together as Zacharias and Elizabeth while Ellen held baby John the Baptist in her arms. Jonathan Aclan sang his heart out as the Soloist while Daniela Velazquez carried the star to Jesus as the Littlest Angel. May 2007 "Song of Bernadette" We changed the title of Smallest of All to Song of Bernadette in order to communicate the musical nature of the program and also to give it better name recognition. Emily Ann Hagins returned to play Bernadette's arch nemesis Jeanne Abadie. Everyone else was entirely new to the play. Laura Ward took over the role of Bernadette. Mel Cullen gave an exciting performance as Abbe Peyramale. Dave Seiler was a real crowd pleaser as Jacomet, Chief of Police. Alana Hyland rounded out the cast as Bernadette's sister Toinette. Albert Starr played the blind miller Louie and Kiersten E. Gerding played Berndette's mom Louise. We did two shows at St. Boniface Theatre.
